Refund policy

At Scale Theory India, all products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

  • Minor packaging wear during transit

Exceptions 

A return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If the product received is incorrect (i.e., different from what was ordered), the collector must return the consignment and share the original invoice/bill by emailing sales@scaletheoryindia.com, adding #OrderNumber and Incorrect Product in the subject line.

    Upon verification and approval, store credit of equivalent value will be issued to the collector. Once the incorrect item is received by Scale Theory India, the correct consignment will be shipped at no additional cost.

Conditions for Exceptions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video and clear images of the product and outer packaging are mandatory

  • Claims raised without supporting evidence will not be accepted

  • The decision to approve or reject such claims rests solely with Scale Theory India

Non-Eligible Cases

No returns, replacements, or refunds will be provided for:

  • Minor manufacturing variations, paint variations, or packaging scuffs

  • Wear and tear caused after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries or Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases arising due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment will not be eligible for refunds. In instances where an RTO occurs due to customer unavailability, a redelivery may be arranged at an additional shipping cost, payable by the collector.
