At Scale Theory India, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

We take great care in packing every order to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Your items are securely wrapped using quality materials like sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and protective packaging—because we truly want them to arrive just as they leave us.

Shipping charges include courier/postage costs as well as packaging materials. For certain highly exclusive or imported products, a small sourcing and handling fee may apply, which can slightly increase the overall cost.

For complete transparency and your peace of mind, we will share images of your product along with the packed box on WhatsApp before dispatch. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and consent to this packaging and shipping process.

Once your order is confirmed, delivery typically takes 2–7 working days depending on your location from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. While we strive to dispatch promptly, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or holidays.

We dispatch packages almost daily before 8 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the following day. Kindly note that we do not arrange pickups on Sundays—orders placed on Saturday after 12 PM will be dispatched on Monday. The same applies to public holidays that may affect shipping schedules.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders using standard courier services, including

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • DIT/LIT (Damage-in-Transit / Lost-in-Transit) is not covered under our delivery network.

Delivery Attempts & RTO

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.

  • If delivery fails after two attempts due to reasons such as        

    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Customer unavailable
    • Refusal to accept delivery

  • The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Redelivery Policy

  • If a customer requests redelivery after an RTO:

    • The same delivery charges paid during the original order will apply.

    • Redelivery will be initiated only after confirmation and payment of the applicable shipping fee.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • Scale Theory India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been dispatched.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

  • We don't do shipping in the partially commonly not covered regions/covered/limited service areas as mentioned below. Hence, please restrict ordering if you are from this region.
